No chandelier...

Or drunkenness..

But a good friend of mine from NC and I did sample the fine products of a local establishment last night.

Talented fellow indeed.
I've done his tour a couple times now. Super cool guy. I try to take visiting family when they're in town.

I used to have an Ext-Cab F-150 short bed which got worked like that routinely. Other than the fact that it was a 4.2 V6 with 1 wheel drive and highway gears behind its 5spd, it was a good truck. When I traded, it looked like a small war had been fought in the bed. Its suspension had some issues though. Too much being used like a -450 for its taste.

I really liked my 62 International 1/2 ton that was solid and I would have kept it but for the rotten floorboard I was not prepared to replace. Also a 83 C-20 heavy 3/4 that simply refused to bottom out, no matter how much gravel it got. Routinely 3500 lb of gravel. Chevy has a bottom leaf that is flat but tapered, adn I don't think it bends at all, because it never hit the axle, and it rode like a tank. Was able to get 17 on the hiway empty, too. I will get another one next year, I think.

Revisited my local Fastenall this morning.

I had been in there three years ago looking for #12-24 screws. I was treated rudely by a clerk and told minimum quantities were 100.[emoji35]

This morning looking for twelve 1/4"-20 x 5/8" hex socket button head screws. Bought a package of ten for $3.26. [emoji108]

I'll be going in there more often.[emoji6]
