I once received an MS660 with a 28” bar still attached. It was wrapped in cardboard though...

How bad was the damage? Also what model?

The handle bar was mashed down, bending it, the av’s and breaking the plastic rear handle. I just was able to reconstruct the plastic handle and it will work. It’s sort of like a 200t top handle, with all the do-dads rattling around inside. I have found handlebars hard to bend back, and this little one is not moving.
Oh , it’s a Solo 611. EVERYBODY’s got parts for those laying around. Jeez. Was a nice looking saw. Very low time for sure If you look hard you can see the twist in the bar on the right bent AV (handle looks good though)

ya let me just pull some parts put of my a$$ for ya. thats awful way to ship saws . ive had one come full of gas and bar oil . i almost lost my mind .

A saw that survived all those years but didn't survive that.. Always broke my heart.. I ALWAYS want package pictures before seller mail it to avoid something like that happen to me...

Guys, I found a good looking parts saw on eBay for $99 and bought it. I’m lookin to make one out of two now.

I had a Wright C70 arrive on my doorstep in a home made wood box from central Kansas. 20” bar still attached. [emoji2960]

I had to use my two wheel dolly to cart it around to the garage.
