Gas and oil lines

I got some vintage saws that use external gas and oil lines. These have screw on fittings on them. They also have the woven looking black material on them. Anyone know where I can send the old ones and have new lines put on the fittings.. I would like the black material look but if all I can get is the solid rubber I guess that's ok. Thanks

A lot of the old homelite saws just used copper lines with standard compression fittings, you can still get a good plumbing or hardware store. The old fuel line is just black rubber with woven reinforcement in the middle. Much like marine or automotive fuel line.

some of the lines got a long spring in them . I guess for making tight bends.

That is too keep them from kinking or sucking flat when the hose gets soft.
