Lol. Ok. After all. It is a bolt on ported 660 jug with tight squish. Probably much higher than OEM.

The squish and low exhaust don't have anything to do with the saw getting too much fuel

Basics Mike ........ ifn she won't pop on choke, stop right there and see if the exhaust is wet, or pull the plug and see if its wet

I'm thinking that it's probably still flooding on you

It is the Cross MMWS jug w/o any addl porting. Base gasket delete. Spins well w/o decomp. Will have to try to pull it in off position to see if it is timing advance.

The saw turned over OK before I installed the cylinder, etc., a little snug but I figured it was the seals. Nothing major.

Perhaps that is my problem then. Will running it break it in, or do I need to smack it back & forth some more?
