Here For The Long Haul!
The internals in the muffler of a 7910 that give " The Scavenging Reduction........ "
Whats the thoughts on leaving them intact with a saw that is not having any cylinder work.
Maybe just a littler exit hole increase ,but just leaving well alone inside the muffler itself.
There a bit of work to open and mod so as some have found ( myself included ) on the 6100 when no port work is being done there seems little or no benefit on removing the innards.
The 7910 gets a fuel saving from the standard muffler so maybe you just get more noise , no real power increase like with the 6100 and lose out on the fuel consumption benefit .
Anyone have anything they can put on the table ?
