Best type of fuel line

Believe the Echo line is available in 3x5mm, which is most popular on saws. And also available in 3x6mm

I got some Echo fuel line from Joe @Onan18
and it fits everything Husky or Stihl 50cc & up. Feeds ported 120cc saws no problem on normal fuel

Have you used the honda line submerged in fuel?


I just dug through my fuel line box and found a 12" piece of honda ft-b3. It fits the nipples well. A little tight on the fuel filter but it will work. A quick internet search says its 5.5mm id

Used Honda line to go with bigger grommets on the nylon tanks of old weed eaters and hedge trims they don't sell parts for now.
3mm or 4mm hardline from plastic auto vacuum lines and nipples takes care of connections if needed or keeps the lines from collapsing with no tank grommets if you drilled new smaller holes in the tanks. Been doing it on garden tools and garden tractors forever with fuel lines. Echo did it on a bunch of the old stuff. It was good enough for them.

I am pretty sure that hose is for the water systems on cut off saw.

I am going to use the honda FT-B3 line. It will work on the connector nipple and filter nipple.
