Cool -- they probably changed the settings from the defaults and you just need factory settings.

If modem has been at least power cycled and only the router has been connected to it you should be good once you hold that reset button in for 7 seconds and the router gets it's public IP from your provider etc etc.

Can you come over and fix this for me?

Ahhh...Schroon Lake.
That's still 1.5hr south of me.
When I say I live on the border.....I'm dead serious. I can see the lights from the border station casting a glow in the sky at night from just over the hill.
Maybe 1/8-1/4 mile from Canada as a crow flies.

Haven't had a chance to try the reset.
I'll give it a go later this afternoon
