He's not getting fuel. Could be as simple as the fuel line kinked. Carb can be plugged with gunk too.

It could also be the little o ring on the pto side. My kit did not come with it and that will make a good air leak.

I've got more than 5 in over the year's
Line was kinked under the carb floorplate?
On top of the tank.
It's easier to pull the plate and put new line in.
I would buy a quality line echo stihl husky etc.20171111_110955.jpg

371 is done i didn't have any 52mm rings.
I have a stack of new am cylinders and a variety of new pistons.
So i fixed up a 50mm huztl.
268 piston and a caber.
New china muffler i ground out the bolt tubes.
Runs great i tuned it in wood going to try it out later.20171111_132520.jpg 20171111_124151.jpg 20171111_112232.jpg 20171111_110607.jpg 20171111_110915.jpg

You guys would love the 372 copies they have for sale here in AU. Baumr-AG has both an 82cc & newish 92cc version besides the 71cc & 76cc saws. I've been eyeing them off for a while, they used to come with either a roller nose bar or Tsumura 24" copy.

That 268 piston has got to give you a metric chit ton of intake timing. Have you ever degreed one after that piston swap?

It would be nice to be able to get them in the states. If you get one we would love to hear how they run and hold up.

Might buy a couple of the 92cc if shipping isn't too high.
183.42 us but i don't know what shipping would be.
These saw's i have are not for everyone the main components have held up great but fuel lines start switch and those crap case gaskets at least on my example's.
Wouldn't make the average buyer that doesn't work on saw's happy.
Doesn't bother me they are fun to modify and easy to work ons-l400.jpg .

The huztl kits would give you the advantage of changing out part's that are known to fail.

No i'm lazy lol
I just modded a 3.00 piston and i like how it turned out.
Guy's at my local shops always told me what junk the china pistons are.
I bet I've used around 50-60 and never had a problem.
Other than a ts400 stihl am piston was cracked lol
Looked used when i got it.
Here's a heavily used 372 big bore after 3-4 years can't remember.
The cabers wore out the piston still looks new.
Stihl ultra 50/1 the bottom ring was stuck lol20171108_172539.jpg 20171108_171501.jpg

Crikey, the 77cc jug needs a bit of work along with the piston in order to breath like a 77cc engine, I wonder what the inside of a 92cc jug looks like!

I fixed up a mate's Chinese 71cc saw that was an over bored 58cc engine. It was an open port engine that had well and truly been reamed out. There wasn't much left for transfer flow and I had to do some creative work to the cases, jug and piston. Even then it wasn't as good as I wanted it. If I had some decent porting tools I would have eliminated the bottom ring and made the rear transfers wider.

It did produce some power when I finished, that's when we noticed that the clutch couldn't handle the torque when the revs dropped. He's happy with the results, he just keeps the revs up to do the cutting.

92cc out of a 365 clone? My back of the beer coaster calculations puts that around a 60mm piston.

I'm on my phone but they seem to be different chassis.
Is there an Australian forum where someone might have been into one or both of these.
