And it’s a legitimate question. It’s the only saw I have that may never cut wood... but I’ve got 3 other 288 runners (nowhere near this nice) so I’m cool with that lol.
If it's never had fuel that would be a tough one for me as well.

Agreed. I would however keep it away from pine and other such woods that have pitch that gets all over the place. I’m still in awe over that NOS high top.

Oh it’ll run. I won’t be able to stand not running it. It just won’t run much. It really is difficult, I was lucky enough to come across all those nos parts and Dustin was kind enough to make them into an nos saw.
