Just a quick heads up on delivery. Australia Post would charge $137 for 1 saw and $188 for 2. Send & Pack $148 for 1 and $193 for 2. All A$ and 4 days delivery but I would expect that to be a few days more. You can look those carriers up online, they have calculators online.
Also I sent a message to Edison here to see if they would send direct to you. Ended up with a few more jobs to do so saw pics will be a bit later.
I got a reply from Edison and they said they are not able to ship international yet. That sort of suggests they will in the future. Are you guys sure you can't get these saws local or through Canada or Sth America?
Alibaba and aliexpress i can order the 365s from a variety of sources no 372 of any kind it's odd.
Stihl Clone 381 660 070 no 361 440
Kit saw's to build we can get 017 250 361 440 660 070 365s
That's it
the kits were higher than my complete built 365 saw's and some had missing part's and other issue's.
Import restrictions i'm told most will not ship to the us.

Pics with top cover off?
Having looked at many IPL etc I am convinced that this SX72 is a Zenoah G5200. The question now for me, is it really 72cc? Is it possible to put a 272, 372 top end on that saw? Which Husqvarna was the Zenoah G5200? Pics coming.

You can see the spare oil worm and the clutch cover with the brake. There is no Decomp, not even a plugged hole.

It could be a HY-7200 but I can't find much info on that one.

I put a gallon through the big bore dropping and blocking hickory and maple.
I did have an issue with the large husqvarna west coast felling spike working loose.
Blue loctite solved that.20171127_151948.jpg 20171127_133830.jpg 20171127_134536.jpg

Have only had to trim a couple of trees. 10 to 12 inch limbs. The saw was very good. Good balance, runs smoothly and plenty of power, so I am very happy with it so far. When I put it back together it would not start but that turned out to be petrol vapor lock, just had to open the tank cap, maybe it needs a small breather hole.

My short block came in from huztl
It's hard to see but they are different from my aliexpress saw's.
The part's are interchangeable
Wish huztl would ship these with 372 topends but i have a 372 big bore to put on it.20171205_164143.jpg

What all was different Dave? I noticed from pics that yours weren't painted in the crankcase, but that's all I noticed.

Nothing major
Just a different manufacturer
The molds were different for the case's
The tank's are different too
Huztl uses the oem style puck for the tank vent
My other saw's have a vent tube.
They are all well made just different process.

I did with mine starving in long cuts oem style I've never had trouble with.
There's a huztl farmertec saw builders site on Facebook.
There's tons of those saw's out there now people are using them
For businesses too.
And winter projects lol

stihl saws

You can always justify another saw.

I'm going to have to get one of these 372's for a winter project. Then I can document the lengths of the bolts that rattle out.
No worries, I'll order extras. ;)
