FOUND IT 254XP/262XP Carb 120 or 87 Whichever I can Get

Lookin for an HDA 120 to upgrade my 254 gents. OR, if the stars align, would like to find an HDA 87 for my 262 then I’ll swap that 120 onto my 254. Let me know what ya got, I will put a kit in whatever carb I get so it doesn’t have to be rebuilt before a deal is struck.

How did the 199 or 191 modification/conversion go as a replacement for the 120/144 to be like the 87 ??

So how much better performance can you get out of a 120 vs the 101? On a 254

A fair bit I'm, definitely worth it, booth my ported 254 have 120, probably not a s big a deal on a stock saw
