So ......... you’re going to be running semi chisel all day, you have a pop-up, and you’re running an aftermarket head ??????

How did you cut off the aftermarket cylinder top?

Link for this bolt on aftermarket head ?

Is the spark plug centered ?

How many cc’s is the chamber ?

actually, this head is a bit different. its the 346xp 44.3mm clone from HL Supply, "warhawk" ... I cut the base of the head AND the bearing cap on the bridgeport, and the popup on the old lathe. its actually a 44.3 clone instead of the hyway which is 45mm. bore is chrome instead of yellowish, actually cut nice for porting. have NO idea if the plug is on center or not. and no, I didn't cut the top off lol.

once I adjusted squish optimally there wasn't much grinding to be done, and the plating didn't flake a bit. I did all the grinding live on youtube so you can go see what I did. right now I'm waiting on a 359 carb so I can test thing thing proper. and no, its not a whole lot different from the other stuff I've had in the past. the main saw I ran last year was actually a 346xp chassis and hyway prototype head. that one I had to fill in the intake with jb weld. still running fine btw.

this one actually has no name bearings in it, and cross seals. nuthin special, just an experiment

I have a 350 I modded a little, and a cannon picco bar. Just need the rim conversion kit and picco sprocket. Hope to get that setup for the gtg.
