I really liked that bar/chain combo that Sondre had at Lee's ... I think it was on a 5105 ... it cut really smooth compared to mine. much different.

I don't build saws for racing. All the saws that I have are a Mish mosh of parts from God knows where. Some stuff works ...some stuff doesnt. I'd like to think most of it is faster than stock. But that's all I'm really going for anyway. It just so happens that I end up with some reasonably fast saws :)

A mopared saw of my own is on my bucket list!

BTW I got a notification from Husqvarna to go check out the 572 at my local dealer. They are also hot to trot on the 2nd gen 550 + 562 and t540 from what I understand. Auto-tune redux I guess. Slightly higher horsepower rating on the new 550 versus original 550.
