Can anyone tell me if there are different versions of the 076/TS760 piston. The IPL lists a 13mm wide pin bearing. The piston we sell have enough clearance to fit a 13mm rod. Most customers do not have a problem but sometime we have customers that complain because their saw has 17mm wide rod connection. The aftermarket cranks have the 17mm rod too.

Does anyone seen this? Were there different versions in other countries?

So you are asking about the pin boss as it sits inside the crown of the piston, where the piston pin runs through?
the modern documentation shows only the 13mm on the 050, 051, 075, 076, TS510 and TS760
the 75, 76 and ts510 and ts760 share a piston and cylinder as well

there are three aftermarket cranks as far as I know
the cheap one that I have never had in my hand
the NWP (Taiwan but probably Turkey) in the same weight as OEM
the Raisman is almost 6 oz heavier than stock and my model 1111 Guru down in Texas swears by them for building the 076 hi-rise Super

I collect old literature on these saws so I will look through the technical bulletins but I dont remember any oddball cranks except the rare early 050 that doesn't use caged bearings

the 050 flywheel and crankshaft were changed at serial number 2871058 as announced in the April 29th, 1971 service bulletin #11 which revises the change over info from the December 4th, 1970 service bulletin #05
the crankshaft diameter was changed on the flywheel side with a new taper

050 was built from 1968 to 1972 and used the 1111 030 0401 crankshaft until near the end of the run
051 was built from 1972 to 1985 and started out with the 0401 crankshaft but swapped over to the 1111 030 0402 crankshaft somewhere between 1974 and 1977
075 was built from 1974 to 1980 and used the 0402 crank throughout its production run
076 was built from 1980 to 1986 and used the 0402 crank throughout its production run
TS50 was built from 1972-1977
TS510 AVE was built from 1978 to 2005
TS760 AVE was built from 1986 to 2007

I have not ever scanned any of the documentation on the demolition saws so can't readily research the crankshafts for those.

I only have the Raisman crank to compare. What size is the NWP?
The Cross piston has 13mm clearance. The Golf piston has around 18mm.
