What part numbers did you order?

Not sure. I took the saw to my dealer and they ordered the parts.

No parts in at the dealer yet. I ordered the lower handle mount from an eBay seller. Do those upper mounts look OK? It seems like the handle is sitting too high off of the body, but maybe I'm imagining things.

There is a long screw in the middle. Is the rubber ripped? Can you put up a pic or two?

I ordered part 1114-790-9600 knock-off. Any input on those upper handle mounts? Do they look OK?

Just wanted to update this thread. The parts arrived and the saw is back up and running. Thanks to everyone for the help, particularly Fish for continuing to check in on this!
