Got this one for 20$, was a warranty saw because of the bad batch of crank bearings. All back together runs great new oem bearings and seals. Only need new operators presence lever. I lost it out of the box after stripping it down and putting on shelf. Needed a bearing splitter and didn’t have one at the time.

I just got one too. Customer bought it and straight gassed the first tank. Guy was back in less then an hour. Brand new saw with scored piston. $20.

Got the new piston ready to go back in. Just gotta find the time. AND patience to put it back together. Lol

I remembered how to put together after almost a year. Stripped it down and didn’t have a bearing splitter so i put it on the shelf. They’re sure proud of the bearings and seals though was over 80 for the new slacker bearings and oem seals. Definitely a different saw to work on this was the first one I’ve had apart. Maybe I’m wrong but this saw seems to out cut the last 026 44 mm I had stock for stock. Might need to need to take off limiters and open up exhaust.

The high price of the bearings is why many of these saws just get scrapped or parted out.

These saws should be fairly close to MS260. Both use 44.7mm pistons.
