Insurance is not lookin good.
The corn boiler is considered part of the structure,so basically I will get nothing for it,or it cuts the building money in half to rebuild!
Contents is a crap shoot,what they consider personal or business.
So far the only good news is I should come out ok on the ranger,but thats not 100% yet.

Insurance is great as long as you are sending them money. I have been screwed by insurance companies so many times I lost count. The only thing half way fair seems to be the settlement on vehicles. Hate to say it, get a lawyer to interpret the policy for you. After all it was written by lawyers for lawyers not working folks like us. Best of luck. Feel for you guys

Mark, did you use your ins. co's adjuster. My dad lost his garage and was going to get like $10k. He hired a private adjuster and got $45k. If you haven't settled, it may be worth considering...

I got a building ordered,will be here end of march or early april.
So if I can get the mess cleaned up by then and good weather,we might be ready for a shed raisin party.
Its all steel bolt together kit.
If all will go well we might have a building by gtg time.
No heat or electric ,but a roof.

Awesome! How big is it? I've put a few together. Just a tip. Just hand tighten the bolts til you get all the main steel together. Then plumb and square it. Then tighten everything up. Otherwise you'll be cursing
