Thanks Steve, they are damn good! Did 5# of Polish sausage today, even better! ( as per mama) just now finished grinding 12# of breakfast sausage with the LEM hot seasoning. I think as per @USMC615 he would like it! Hope to get pics.

I need to make a trip to Wichita in the next couple of weeks for business.
Planning on stopping in at Waltons while I'm there.

Spares and a duck on the kettle last night. Cheesy taters in the oven. I was lazy and didn't trim the rack to St Louis cut because I had a lot going on. It came out better than I expected, but I still prefer the WSM.

best pellets i have got and will buy alot is lumberjack.

Grabbed some today to try.
I picked up four bags of Lumberjack pellets, at a farm & home.
They had 20lb bags for $7.99. I got two bags of Hickory and two of Pecan.
There were several other woods and blends available but these are the two I use most often.
The price was right, I hope they're good.

The bottom picture is deceiving.....they were cooked to medium rare not well done. I just like a good crust on the outside.
