Who else is getting excited for this thing? I've got the cants ordered. All poplar 8x8s for the cube races, a couple of 10x10s for the unlimited and piped saws. I figure they will be good for grudge matches too. Four 12x12 white pine cants to band together for the Chinese saw races. My buddy Tracy is gonna be bringing a load of logs for folks to play in......and I'm going to the veneer mill tomorrow to pick up some logs that have metal in them. Don't worry.......we'll use a metal detector to locate the metal and use some paint to mark em.....

Member in good standing, Shea @morewood is fixing breakfast Saturday morning at the barn. We'll be serving smoked pork with the fixings for lunch......and Joe @Onan18 is doing a fish fry for supper Saturday night.

I'm taking Friday off.....I'll be there around lunch on Friday and get the cooking facility set up. Wife said to go ahead and keep the boy out of school too, it helps when he has his head on right and makes straight A's. IF I get the heart to I may cook whatever people bring for a pot luck on Friday night. We'll see if anyone brings anything.

I’m pretty excited muhself.
A chainsaw road trip gets me to grinning pretty big. I’ll have some extra company this year as well. The boy will be coming for sure and we gave the girls the option, they’re still undecided.
