Motor came in the mail today. Wow, does it spin smooth. The light is super bright and the cord is a nice heavy industrial type. Big thanks to @srcarr52 for everything he did and all his time involved.
I quickly reassembled the grinder and everything lined up perfectly. I've never had a new silvey grinder but I seriously suspect that this grinder is now better then it was when it was brand new. I won't have time to try it out for a few days but I'll keep everyone updated with my results.

Even new I think the slides are sticky. In my opinion they were asking a lot off an aluminum to steel friction slide.
