My FIL fought stage 4 glioblastomoa brain cancer for 22 months but finally succumbed to it in July 2013. I was with him round the clock for the last 3 days of his life. At the end, he passed peacefully in his sleep. The hardest part was enduring the deterioration of his mind for the months leading up to his passing. The end was peaceful.

My thoughts go out to Frank's family.

I did not know him, but sounds like I wish I did. But, muffler bearings, bottles of amps for the battery, and left handed smoke shifters I remember!

Frank and I talked a bit, he was one of the funniest guys I've ever known from the internet. I'm sorry to hear he's passed on...

Another real good old boy from that era that was lost was Gary, aka Trigger-Time.
:(:(
I didn't know..

Frank was a good guy for sure. Him and I talked a lot and did a lot of laughing.

I remember one time me and JJ were giving each other hell about something, this was years ago on AS. Frank sent me a PM and asked what the hell was going on, he wasn't being nosy, he was just concerned that JJ and I were fighting about something and wanted to know if he could help. I explained that nobody was fighting, we were just trading insults back and forth like normal, we had a great laugh over it all. That's the kind of guy he was, seemed like he didn't care about the world or anyone in it, but the first one to offer you help if he thought you needed it.

RIP old friend. You're missed.

Frank was good humble folks...

Darn sorry to hear he passed, and am diminished a bit upon his exit.

He and several others I valued on AS, made the place.
The assmonkey turnips, and other simple twats just made it unbearable.

I wish he made it here, before he went.
I feel robbed of his humor. He was funny even when he busted my chops.

Heaven just got a clown with a chainsaw, or Hell just got a cool breeze that wont stop.

For context purposes, here are a few of Frank's posts that display his wit, and humor…….
Hey Randy;

You remember when you and your wife made a killing selling tacos at that gay fest?

Well that inspired me. But I must have done something wrong. Today my wife and I are selling Pulled Pork sandwiches at this Million Muslim March and we ain't making chit !:msp_sneaky:

Who stole my frigging "Like'' button ?
Bunch of thieving bastards!

Doesn't really matter.....I never read a post worth a f:censored:!
Except mine !

:alien2:

My wife has been missing for 4 days now.

The police just called and told me to ....prepare for the worse !!

So this afternoon after I sober-up, I'll have to go back to the/Goodwill and get her clothes back!

Otherwise Good Morning

:msp_biggrin:
