If your not bore cutting and want to just cut firewood the tsumura is a great value for the $. If your bore cutting the tips are a tad bit stronger on the stihl and sugi bars.

Stihl, Sugihara, and Tsumura are the only options in 20" lite bars. Oregon makes one as well but I have no experience with them so will withhold judgment.

The Cannon Lites start at 24" and increase in length from there, but I wish they made them in 20" as well as I'd grab a couple.

The saw came with the es 28, I thought it would have the es light. It’s nose heavy but that will only be used when needed so I’m not worried about that. I guess I didn’t think that it would be too rear heavy with a 20 light. Hmm, what to do haha.

Hmmmm I think the saw will be a little bit bum heavy 20 inch I would use a stock es bar or tsumrua standard 20 inch but use a light for 24 +

Have you ran a 462 with a 20" bar? Not being a jerk, just asking.

With a stihl or sugi light in 84DL my 462 is still nose heavy. With a 20" sugi with 72Dl is just right to me. Anything more and when you sit it down it will tip until the nose of the bar catches on whatever you are sitting the saw on, ie table, ground etc.

You could always get a standard Stihl E bar. They are not as tough as the ES but the price is right and should be similar weight to a light bar.

Three and four series here run 20es or oregon regular or oem bars. My 361,2, ect are nose heavy in 24es. Putting an 18" lw on a chunking down three series saw with 325 063. I want the wide kerf and lw. Good place to add a wedge or tool to "read" the falling chunks on the main stem. 462 V2 is about the same balance.
460 and 461 are tail heavy with the 20es imo.

I run a 25 on my 461. It pulls it with authority when buried as does my 371 with a 24.

I stopped by another dealer today that told me the es light wasn’t made in 20 lol, anyone have the part number? I’m going to check one more place tomorrow and if no luck I’ll order the sugi.
