Well....I'll be a monkey's uncle.

I'd'a never guessed that.

You need one?
I have a cheapy one in the shop. Funny thing was I was texting pictures of it to a friend about it. Might be something for Sam to get into.

Brad breaker for truck tires. Can be used on car tires or bigger equipment if you have a big young guy around.
I have used one a lot
I have 2 one I bought new and one a friend gave me he found on the highway
I like his the best as he passed away and every time I break a truck tire I think of him

If it aint the aforementioned nose hair trimmer, how bout a reel mower for Bonsai gardens?

Looks like a seal on the end. What about the tapered end? Any hole or slot.
Any thing that looks like a fluid channel?
Magnetic anywhere?
Inner piece just slip fit onto housing, or any bearings, Any seals, felt, O-rings, plastic, etc.
Flow diverter with metering drive?

Handles give a fair bit of leverage for some reason.
Some sort of process pump or agitator?
Priming pump for some field process?
If you told me it was some sort of end trimmer for an assembly/alignment process, I'd ask for a better look at the flute edges and want to see where the swarf exited.
