Unknown Disston, theory is that Disston was developing a saw apart from their relationship with Kiekhafaer Mercury.

Lancaster 400, perhaps the most basic saw I have encountered so far. Left hand mounted bar, gravity feed bar oiler, float carburetor @ 45° to allow it to run in "all positions".

Thanks to Chris Lehman Live Edge Slabber I was able to get a couple more saws finished up and ready for the display. The 040 was basically done but needed recoil starter spring, starter pulley, and the Fairbanks Morse pawl set up.

The chain on the 040 is .404 .050 chipper, thank to singingwoodwacker for most of a roll, I have been able to make chains for several saws in the display.

The 032 was put together from a variety of saws, most recently Chris provided the AF cover and the starter pulley with the pawl. I also used the .325 spur drum from Chris' saw since the bar I had available was .325 pitch.
