I thought being a victim was a millenial thing...

Not at all. I know some "millennials" who are bad ass, hard working mfers. At the same time, I know some guys my age that ain't worth two squirts of goat piss. People are decent or they're not, without much in between, regardless of age.

I'll have 14 years clean next month. I've taken Narcotics Anonymous meets into prisons, jails, and treatment centers. A few things I learned while doing that.

1. Good people can do some bad things.

2. Bad people can do some good things.

3. Some people are irredeemable.

4. People that play the victim are impossible to help.

5. People that own up to their issues can find recovery and learn to live without using other people, or drugs.

At this point Jim fits into all those categories except number 5.

Jim was bad mouthing me long before he and I had any issues. He bad mouthed a lot of good people several years ago. But remember druggies have sensitivities too. We out west here are NOW quite progressive, argh, I hate that term. The bad guy has every right to feel wronged. Jim, get off the fuggin drugs and learn to live or walk off the damn planet. You think you have pain, your ARE pain and have caused so much needless pain to others. I deal with your lowlife druggie type several times an hour and wonder what purpose you serve in life. Can you tell me please? I really need to know. I find druggies and cancer about the same waste of resources to humanity, neither can be cured easily, cheaply, or often.

Jim felt wronged when Don wanted his saws back.

Jim felt wronged when Dale wanted the piston for the MS361 that Jim lied about.

Jim felt wronged when Clint wanted his saw back.....after sending 100.00 back in April.

Jim felt wronged when Jason wanted to be able to gift this saw to his son when he returned from serving our great nation honorably.

Jim felt wronged when I offered to cover shipping on Clint and Jason's saws.

Looks like Jim just feels wronged.

So......I'm sure Jim really felt wronged when I sent him a text telling him what a pile of putrid dog vomit I thought he was.

Seems to me that Jim is one of those spoiled punks that curl up in a ball and cries when things go sideways, rather than pushing on and making things work out.

Jim has a lot of feelers....what can you say? :roto2nuse: Lol.

I'll blame it on the boomers then. With that hepatitis.

I'm a very black and white kinda man, very little grey area in my world or in my life...most all you can tell that. Either it is, or it isn't...either you are, or you ain't...a man. That's my theory...always has been, always will be.

I hate to see that term misused. Being progressive doesn't mean that we should let anyone shirk their responsibilities, or excuse them for being unaccountable for their actions.

People change when they see the need for it. Point blank. You can beg, plead, lock them up and they will stay the same until they are ready for change.

I quit drinking and smoking and never took a class or had any kind of cessation. I was ready to change, so I manned up, and I dropped it like a hot rock.

Jimbo ain't ready. Hell, he may never be. I'm not seeing much hope with the person answering these emails.

Sends a pic of the saw aye, I can't see the image, all I get is that little image square thing on my end...but nonetheless...

...he can send a damn pic of the saw, email, and bullshitt like that...but he can't email anybody or text anybody the specifics on parts he's had to 'purchase', that he's had to trade/sell his own personal saws and *s-wordt to obtain, yada, yada, yada. Next thing, this mf'r will say he had to cough up a kidney, a lung, and an eye to finish the build.

I love the fact that he put what little remained of his reputation on the line for this *s-wordt. This has spread like wildfire across several forums, YouTube, etc. I guess that ambulance-chasin' thousand dollar POS attorney he's got is advising him now and gonna hustle some future saws for his ass to work on...lmao.

And brother Clint still ain't seen a f'ng thing (you can insert his P-60 here)...

I'm guessing he pays for the lawyer with stolen saws? I see it all day, no money for bus fare, while reeking of freshly smoked pot and puting the rest of the joint in their pocket all while holding a bag of chips with a beer they just purchased or stole from a convience store. Hell, I've had them try to get on my bus while running with a stolen case of beer and the store keep right on their heels. Again, reeking of pot and high as a kite. Jim, when I engage in chainsaw related things I was really hoping to get away from the druggies as an escape, thanks for ruining that. I doubt you have it in you to seek help and get clean so you can join the living again, but I actually do hope you will, pissed off as I obviously am at you.

I reloaded the pic Jason. I think it's supposed to show how many parts he had to replace to make a whole saw. Not sure what his intentions are...

I'm guessing, from my experiences, that your in the 10% that take action and change things Randy. You had fortitude, not mental illness in you. I've often found that most alcoholics are 10× the man I am when clean, but much less so with druggies due to brain damage.

Pot can be addictive and does kill ambition and WILL kill memory if used long term Jim. And Jim, you memory is in need of assistance. Writing things down would certainly have helped your case no? As would keeping tax records since you are a businessman ?

Exactly. Very little in between decent and not. When trying to figure out why some people do what they do, all sorts of things become possible once you accept the fact that some people simply aren't worth a sh!t.

I can see the pic now after you reloaded it Dan. Not sure what the intent is either. I bet Dominick could chime in and give his opinion on whether or not the saw he sent Jimbo for the resto/port/rebuild needed every swinging thing replaced... @TreeLife

I remember pics of the mag clutch cover he posted and said he would hunt up another one of those...other than that, he mentioned nothing else of any replacement body parts to my knowledge.

If Jim sends me a list of parts he replaced, and a total including shipping, I'd be happy to pay him. After the saw is delivered.
