The fact that he was only supposed to build and port the saw, means all the parts should have come from the owner or members that donated them....logically.

He couldn't answer me when I asked if he confirmed that Jason would pay for a NOS cylinder for the build. In the next email, he said Jason knows his PP and he hadn't paid for shipping.

So, he supposedly asked for shipping fees for an unfinished saw, yet he feels the owner is indebted to him for the parts, but refuses to even discuss the parts cost. Makes no sense to me.
The cylinder and shipping was never on me...it was on TreeLife...then the mf'r went all Got Damn crazy again!

And had to trade his personal saws...what a f'n crock o' *s-wordt!

And has hired a $1000 ambulance-chasin' lawyer...to do what?

Jimbo...you're nothing shy of what comes out of my ass, at least twice a day...just a f'n POS!

Who in their right Got Damn mind would 'sell' or 'trade' their own personal *s-wordt, for a resto/build/port job on a raffle saw, that needed some miscellaneous parts?? Why would you not simply get in the build thread, and ask for parts there, as well as other threads??

And this f'n corksoaker thinks we're buying this latest round of bullshitt!

And this is way, way far from over...

He must be watching the thread. He just up and answered my emails again. Whatever this means...

Me:
"Hey Jim!
So, I've read that thread and see that folks have donated parts to this build. That means you haven't been truthful with me.
It's a shame really. I was giving you the benefit of the doubt and you've actually done exactly what everyone said you would.
If you want to prove everyone wrong, you've got to have some integrity and do the right thing.
Cheers,
Dan"

Jim:
"Dan...I DID tell you what was sent to me in the third or fourth email I sent you. Maybe you should actually read it.
Like I said... they have my PayPal info and address."

Of course he's been reading this thread and every comment...and keeping a 24-hr watchful eye on his YT vids for comments there.

Lmfao...who is it he's referring to 'has his PP info and address'?? @TreeLife ...looks like this might be your calling buddy on that cylinder/shipping deal. And he has my shipping address...he's been texted it and it was sent in another PM, weeks and weeks ago.

Funny he keeps mentioning the 'coil' deal. He texted me several weeks ago and said he was taking a good used coil from one of his saws to put on my saw. Then was asked if he was going to put up a vid or two of it in some wood, and he answered yes he would.

Then he was told repeatedly by me...send the saw regardless of coil condition, as well as the manual oiler problem that superseded the 'coil problem'. I'll send the saw off before my son comes home, and have someone get it right, then pay shipping back to me. What part of that eluded him, I'm just not quite sure. I guess I get it now...Jimbo's motto is "No saw leaves my property unless it's in absolute running condition.' LMFAO. Looks to me like 'Nobody's f'n saw leaves his property at all.' He does have a stellar reputation to keep up, no doubt....all the magistrate/civil court actions against his ass backs that up...lol.

He can't keep up with one lie after another, after another...

And he's pissed at several forum members...what forum(s) does he belong to..maybe AS, but many folks there who are not here, have read this fiasco. I know this for a fact!

He's disgruntled and you wont be getting your saw regardless of what is sent to him. You know for fact I asked what the coil looked like and that I would have one sent. It's also known he said dont send any money, it's not oiling now.

Do I send this guy money and hope he sends a saw that still isn't finished? Do I light 125 dollars on fire and make a video? Seems like the same result either way.

That's obviously a tough task, Randy. Obviously, there's feelings involved and ole Jim feels wronged.

Jim felt wronged when Don wanted his saws back.

Jim felt wronged when Dale wanted the piston for the MS361 that Jim lied about.

Jim felt wronged when Clint wanted his saw back.....after sending 100.00 back in April.

Jim felt wronged when Jason wanted to be able to gift this saw to his son when he returned from serving our great nation honorably.

Jim felt wronged when I offered to cover shipping on Clint and Jason's saws.

Looks like Jim just feels wronged.

So......I'm sure Jim really felt wronged when I sent him a text telling him what a pile of putrid dog vomit I thought he was.

Seems to me that Jim is one of those spoiled punks that curl up in a ball and cries when things go sideways, rather than pushing on and making things work out.
