Well teeth yes, balls no, he appears quite healthy. I don't think he does meth now or he wouldn't look so healthy. I also don't think he makes or sells it or he wouldn't be so broke. He does use other substances however. Jim. If you have any balls face what YOU'VE done and no one else, give back what isn't yours. Your not gonna be able to just ride this storm out. These guys ain't giving up and are playing nice for now. At this point you still have the option to give it back. How do you ever expect to be able to show your face at a GTG or saw race as you will NOT be known as a racer or builder, but as a SAW THIEF!!!

Well...I guess a couple of days have passed...I wonder how the ‘dialogue’ has gone concerning the Saw Peace Accords with Chainsaw Jimbo.
Care to elaborate @TreeLife ...and brief us and bring us up to speed on my ProMac-700. As well, I’m sure you probably threw in a word or two concerning Clint’s P-60 that was supposed to ship back to him seven days ago, and has yet to make the 5 hr parcel trip back to his location.

All avenues ain’t exhausted. Since I have the s/n of the saw...going to have a sit down at the Sheriff’s Dept tomorrow or Friday after work...make a move for theft of goods and a warrant taken out on him. I’ve got his physical home address, phone number, LLC business info, etc.

I must say I’m baffled by these responses, since I sent Jim all kinds of money for my saw. He offered up a handle and the AV bushings from a “parts saw”, and said he didn’t want any money for them. I paid for most parts directly and had them shipped to Jim. I bought a bunch of hard to find parts from Acornhill on AS. I paid Mike @Glock37 for the powdercoating. @jacob j. sent him a good used crank, Jon1212 sent him the new decals. He bought the new wrap handle, but I sent him the money up front because he couldn’t afford to pay for it out of his own pocket.
I’m really not sure what parts he payed for that I didn’t compensate him for?
And here’s a text from Jim telling me I’m all paid up, and that he received the money ($100) for shipping.
So Jim told me I am all paid up, but now he’s telling other people that I never compensated him for parts?
I have every text sent to or received from him, and he’s never once asked for reimbursement for said parts.

Jim must have some kind of selective smart transmission in his truck. It can't take him to the post office, but can take him to do saw vids? Maybe you gents forgot to pay the discharge fee? After all you couldn't expect try him to ship a saw where this fee hasn't been paid now can you? Him doesn't seem to keep much in the way of written records and does tend to forget whether he's been paid or not from my experiences with him. If he has a business license, it would number nice to see some kind of tax record for all he's received.

You gave him the saw willingly. So its not theft or a crime in the sense that you can not take him to criminal court or have him arrested. The police can do nothing for you.
Theft is when something is taken without permission. For an item that is not returned after you gave it willingly you have to take him to civil court. I.E. the peoples court. Judge Wapner is your only hope or Judy I guess... I prefure Wapner, its four minutes to Wapner, its 1 minute to Wapner. RIP Wapner....
