I'm going to try to call him today to start a dialogue, but I'm going to be honest. He may have done some folk wrong, but I just feel like doing threads and making the guy out to be a toilet in public really eliminates the possibility of getting your things out of situations like this.

I am in no way condoning anything like what has happened and I want everyone to get what they are owed, but this horseshyt is giving me an ulcer. Once this is wrapped up I wont be donating anything for raffles again, only contributing in funds if at all and I'll be taking a vacation from OPE.

I'm starting to no longer feel enjoyment from the forum like I once did.

I will let you know if and when I get a response from Jim.

When I was going through my Jim's "non return policy" dealings two years ago,I toi was extremely negative about the saw forums as Jim had everyones support. I stuck it out because there are mostly good people on this forum and they make it worth your investment of time here. I understand their anger as I was put through hell with this guy and had anxiety like I had not experienced before. And that after paying him $2k in cash for work done. I wish you luck with your diplomacy but my very, very, personal experience has me dubious at best at this point.

Right there is where he 'toilet bowled' himself...and he's been doing this same *s-wordt for years with people...concerning people paying for goods and/or services rendered, as well as people's personal property (you can insert saws there if you like), and him not holding up his end of the bargain in some shape, manner, form, or fashion. It's why people drag his ass into civil/magistrate court!

He got all the time in the world to keep up with them YT vids daily to delete comments...but ain’t got time to find a box and the damn Post Office.
