Sure looked like a...262...Twernt no squeal...
Just messing with you Jeff. On the ground safely is what matters. You didn't barber chair it like alotta guys would have. LolI used 262XP to cut everything. 20" 3/8 round filed Oregon LGX.
I only put the wedges in for precaution. To save my bar and chain just in case. Lol
Probably unnecessary, but...

I’d still likely bump you with my boat on the water but I’m going to give you a nudge on this oneI used 262XP to cut everything. 20" 3/8 round filed Oregon LGX.

I have never had one, but many people love them, there must be a reason!Thank you Dominick.
This 262XP seems to get stronger and stronger every time I use it.
This saw has great power, and is very fuel efficient. Very similar to my Stihl 026.
Yes I can, that's actually the first thought I had. Pull them off then take down standing treeCan you get in there with rope and a truck and try to pull it down?
Thanks Mike, I also had a similar thought to thatCut the one in the fork off at the bottom, don't cut across the grain 90*, cut vertical (make a V on top, then cut vertical up from the bottom and let it hit the ground). Then winch or pull the bottom out to get it down.
Then, start cutting off the top that is on the ground. Be very careful to see what the tree is going to do. Often, the hanging piece will be suspended in air. Cut it off further as high as you can reach, then when you drop the tree the hanging wood will pull it that way.
Be real careful doing this stuff, but if you think it through and step back fast when it starts moving you should be OK. When the hanging part hits the ground it may kick the bottom back, so escape diagonally back off to the side.
Be careful, work slowly thinking each cut through, and good luck with it.
