Titan bluestreak automatic 2-man saw flywheel removal

Anyone familiar with how to pull these giant flywheels off? Its the Last step of the restoration to get this big girl running.

I would certainly appreciate it. I would be enthralled to get it to fire. I got a faint shock from both plugs but the right side ceased to do anything after the 2nd, 3rd pull
