Hello, I'm looking for a parts list of all (or at least most of) the Tillotson HK carb models, like the
one Tillotson provided e.g. for the HU line of carbs (http://tillotson.ie/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/HUPartsList.pdf).
I do have two versions of the HK Service Manual, 5/1976 and 11/1984 but that's not what I'm looking for.
Explanation:
The HK carbs greatly rely on the correct Metering Gasket of which several different ones were made:
HK-Gaskets 05-1976.png
(Gaskets listed in 1976 service manual)

HK-Gaskets 11-1984.png
(Gaskets listed in 1984 manual).
It would be of great help to have a reference which of the many gaskets fits which HK-model, especially when dealing with older HK-types.

Tillotson themselves don't seem to provide useful information of the entire HK line.

I was putting a kit on a Tillotson HK21C yesterday and had the same dilemma. I tore the original gaskets disassembling and threw them away.

Had a hard time finding an IPL also but have the repair kit list.

The kit I ordered was a RK-34HK, I received a RK-36HK. Couldn’t get hold of the seller about it but noticed the gaskets still matched. I did not receive 3 gaskets like shown on the Tillotson website. I had two different middle gaskets in the kit and decided to go with the 16B-314 shown in your diagram as it seemed to line up with the lines on the plastic metering assembly.

Here are the gaskets on the carb body. I’ve highlighted an area that looks like a plug, so there might not be any reason to flow fuel here like the other gasket would.

And I just broke the other gasket while putting it back together…. 😩

Guess I’ll be searching out another kit later 😔
