Tillotson HK 12A carb

Need to rebuild a Tillotson HK 12A carb from a Jonsered 451E. I have the rebuild kit but need IPL as a security blanket. This IPL is not available on the Tillotson website.
Also, how high is the inlet control lever adjusted?
Anyone have one? Thanks, Jerry
