The things we do for cad.

My last journey.

Crossed a flooded road.

Stopped at a lake to rest.

Did my bit to improve they view.

Met a couple of cool dudes.

*no pics, they would have thought me weird*
Came home $100 poorer, with a bunch of stuff most people would say was junk.

Liking Vintage saws is CAD. I mean who would want to own a saw that shakes ya bones with NLA parts. I like old saws, restored a R-16 Partner, Contra Lightning & a little green TH Poulan micro xxv. I wish I had friends that restored them and gave them to me as surprises, its like people in a sickness ward helping each other out.

LMAO. When we have GTG races, the vintage class is my favorite. I respect all of the people I know who take the time to resurrect them. Fortunately, there are plenty who have the "sickness" around here.

Cool thread and lots of cool saws! I get a lot of my vintage saws as partial payment for repairs on the modern equipment. It feeds my CAD and keeps them happy too! Sometimes I will load the bed of my truck with a bunch of saws to go test in the cut. My wife will recognize a couple of saws that were dropped off for repairs and will look at the rest and ask "whose saws are these?" - more often than not I have to say "mine"...

The big 95cc Sears went to a vintage display at my local Husqvarna dealer, the Jonsered 910E went to Virginia, the rest of them got sprinkled around the Forum community…..
I love sprinkles
