CT is actually a friends that I have been fixing. He had two broken down ones and I made 1 good one and am just trying to get a few bits to complete the second one. This was the fist.

Very nice, full resto or was the paint just like that.. :)

On the subject of air filters, I can find them for my workhorse 152. Solo had the pod filter system on some of the 690's, fits perfectly.

The 143 with that little bar will rip if she is a runner. These are probably my favorite big Dolmar. 95cc longish stroke, inboard clutch and sound sweet. I prefer these to the 153 and luckily I have a couple and a pile of parts.IMG_6840.jpeg

I thought I told Makita to quit making saws with those junk tool-less chain tensioners!!

Dear Makita Engineers,
Quit putting garbage tool less chain tensioners on chainsaws because they always brake or never hold adjustment. Also please make a top handle version of your new 36v (2x 18v batt) so I don't have to fix any more top handle saws! Lastly, your power tools should come with a mail in voucher for free makita work gloves with hand size options!

Sincerely,
A person you should listen too!

$75 for 95cc and all I had to do was put a good 28" bar and chain on and replace the flywheel cover fan and starter pawls! [emoji16]

Already blocked up 1/2 a cord! [emoji317]

Here's another one.

They make them with two bar studs but they are not being imported. It runs better than I was expecting and has decent torque for 35cc.

These are now available. I can't show any pictures of the others yet.

Picked this up from the AS. I gutted the muffler, drilled out the hole so I can adjust the H needle, and tuned after running with fresh mix for a little while. Runs great, sounds good for so small of an engine and really slings some bar oil!!

I just need to locate some"non-safety" loops for 3/8lp .050 52dl:)

I would put the brace back in.
Just open up the holes into 1 large opening.
But that brace needs to be in there

@fordf150 at Performance Outdoor Equipment has non safety LP in stock and should be able to help you out with that.

I should have added that I made two spacers to support the muffler screws. I just can't see needing that baffle in there
