Nope, that wouldn't change me, It's not an easy job and They have to make decisions on things every day. Sometimes some of us get out of hand and have to be put back in line. It's a thankless job for the most part, so when you tell Randy he is doing a great job. it makes him feel a whole lot better about doing the things he has to do. Sometimes he has to do things he does not want to. I really hope the site owners here give thanks to there help, I know on other sites they don't.
