The tensioner seals are a more common leak than the gasket. It's the metal seal under your cam chain tensioner that goes bad. Here's a screenshot of the tool, gasket and cam tensioner pads. I do to them while doing a timing belt... It's a lot more work than just vc gaskets but like Dave said... That's your leak.

The cheap tool is no worse than a factory one. I've broken both. The key is to go easy on them....

Ok great thanks!

I totally agree. I'm sure if you torqued it down both work break

I'd say if you do them while you do the water pump it's much easier. I did them at separate times and those cam seals are a bugger to get out. A good pick set works wonders

20170706_192508.jpg 20170704_210905.jpg Alright guys I found that my fuel line that came in the tank was installed correctly but leaking around the tank. Also the line that runs to the carb was a little short. The kit came with another lower fuel line that felt much better than the one I took out, so I installed it and replaced the upper line with the same sized tygon line. I haven't put fuel in it to check for leak but it was alot harder to install than it was to remove the other so I feel pretty good about it. Also mounted my air filter and cover.

Mine was not installed correctly, ditto on the secondary line...
I like your tank vent. My was broke (installed broken) and gas cap pisses all over.... Started and ran, also only required minimal adjustment to tune... Tried to shut it off after tuning.... No go... Kill switch was not assembled correctly... That was a pain...

All it needs now is some wood chips!

I also had a leaking cap. I replaced the gasket with an extra one in the kit and it helped but it seems to be leaking where the two piece cap meets. May end up going oem
