That’s not too bad about 50% or so last week I was on 70%, the bad part is we don’t cut as steep as we use to now that we have a leveling machine.

I was a lineman for the County and those trees look dead. You couldn't make gaffs long enough me. Wow!

The guy on the left is Jerry Beranek. He did a great interview with August Hunickie that can be found on YouTube. Definitely worth a watch. If you look closely you can see that he has a cast on one of his legs. Not only is the dude topping an enormous redwood at something like 180' with an 090, he's doing it with a broken ankle!!

Wow so true. Those are some must see videos. And I was so guilty of being to complacent and not walking around a tree enough or at all. And thinking I have done enough. I dont cut trees anymore but after watching those I am thankful Im above ground. Good leed.
