If Tenn was closer to family you would have a new neighbor

How comfortable are you with driving in the snow? Most rural stuff here is gonna be in the hills. While it's not normally treacherous it can get sketchy if you don't know what you're doing.

Grew up in the “rural Northwest Hills” of CT. Plowed snow for years, maintained a CDL and have no issues/concerns whatsoever (other than other drivers) driving in snow. Drove in snow/ice in the mountains of Afghan (in mil vehicles, not fun) as well without incident.

Lots of GTG options in the north east PA area, generally 2 in PA each year, and NY has a few, CT also and TN is doable also

I like neighbors, I pike being friends with neighbors, helping them, assisting in projects, having bonfires and drinking, etc. I just don’t want to SEE my neighbors from my livingroom/bedroom/bathroom. If I want to take a leak off of my deck, I don’t want to worry about scaring the neighbor’s wife.

Use to beat New York by a lot but Tom Wolf and the Dems have changed that. Still beats New York by a good amount sadly. I grew up in upstate NY and it was a different place 20+ years ago.

Sullivan county is (I believe) the least populated in the state. There's only one redlight in the whole county and that's about a half hour/45 minutes from here.

If I were to move anywhere else in the state that would be it.

My area is a little more populated but there's plenty of privacy. Most neighbors are great and keep to themselves.

There used to be an annual buck party before opening day of rifle season where all the neighbors got together. I kinda miss that and would like to put something together next year.... good times.
