I like this wisdom and strategy.
Yrs ago Dr. Robert Shueller wrote an epic book which entails this, "The Peak to Peak Principle". Avoid making major decisions while angry, griveing, or while battling the vissistudes of life. Quality decisions are birthed easier & our perspective is healthiest when we're on top as opposed to being down.
Great book for me!!
