SELLING Stihl neon sign

I have had this Stihl neon sign for years. It was working when I took it off the wall. I sat it on the bench and something fell and broke a tube. Of course it is no longer working. I was going to get it fixed but then really what will I do with it.....
I would like to sell it as it is and the new owner can fix it. I do not know what a fair price is on it. I know I got a quote from a shop here to recreate it with LED and that was crazy high.

No Bud chit here. We used to go moonlight bowling years ago during the winter. They gave out tons of door prizes. I "won" a Spuds McKenzie shirt and a Iowa Hawkeye shirt

They became grease rags.

It is neon. One guy wanted to recreate it in LED but it was very, very high.

I need something to keep my hands warm so I am looking at getting a heated handle saw.
