Stihl ar2000 battery repair

We have been given a stihl ar2000 backpack battery and it has a fault of flashing 3 red lights and bleeping. When plugged in to tester it came up with cell 4 and 16 at fault .
Does anyone know anything about these battery or the faults they get.

I'm not familiar with this item .However some people have rebuilt the batteries for DeWalt batteries by replacing the individual cells which are relatively inexpensive . You might try a "You Tube " search for information .An example is a gent I worked with rebuilt the battery of a McCulloch electric start chainsaw by using the cells .
