Newnan is about 45 minutes from me, so yeah, I guess about an hour drive total. Shipping, best I can tell, first class international for 4 pounds is about $37.00. Not sure how much it would cost to mail in Canada.

I imagine shipping within Canada would be much cheaper, especially because of the dollar exchange. That being said, you driving an hour is also not cheap. Whichever shipping method you want will work for me.

What impact would customs have on a used $75 item? If not much, probably the simplest thing would be to just mail it from here. Otherwise it's getting pretty logistically complex. Another forum member is interested in some stuff I have and he said I could ship it to him along with his stuff and he could ship it to you. That way I only have one shipment to do. Not sure how time pressed you are... He's farther north than me but that probably wouldn't impact the price much.

Not too well versed in the trade laws of Canada, but I doubt there would be many tariffs, if any. However it gets here does not bother me, and no I am not in a rush

I forgot to ask you, in the pics I posted up, there are some spacers/gasket/heat shield associated with the carb. I'm guessing you don't need those as yours had a carb on it. If you want those additional parts too, let me know...Anything else?

After considering the situation a bit, I think it would be prudent for you to disassemble this saw completely and do an analysis of exactly what you're starting with before you begin acquiring parts for it. You honestly may be better off parting this one out to get your money back (plus some extra) and starting over with another saw. Do you need/want a saw of this series? Or is this just a CAD related acquisition.

I would like to sell my parts but with as much stuff as your saw is missing, it could get very expensive to bring it back to operation. Especially if you're missing stuff you don't know you're missing. My two cents...

Yeah i am in no rush, I just wanted to nab those parts while they were around at that price. I have been busy lately with maple syrup stuff. So i haven't been able to tear into the saw
