Stihl 066 flat top crank case

Hello from France,
Does anyone knows if the later 066 flat top with poly flywheel crankcase can still be buy new? does the newer crankcase of the 066 could me mounted ?

As far as I know the small oil tank poly flywheel cases are not available new. The bubble or round top late 066 case is still available.
