Yes sir I know and I feel very bad and the saw is shipped and everything, I provided proof of tracking and everything else even a picture of the Box on the post office counter with his name on it saying that it's going there with proof that it's been paid for and I also have a picture of the receipt if anybody wants to see that

Young man, you need to immediately start calling or texting @jk14, Jeff, and don't let up until you make contact with him. Provide Jeff with pics via text, of the receipt showing date, tracking number, address where heading to, etc. As stated above, if problems are persisting in your life, don't ever tell someone 'tomorrow', 'tomorrow', tomorrow.' Give yourself a buffer of a small handful of days to get the transaction accomplished...most buyers will be more than happy to accommodate. Everybody's life ain't perfect, and no one assumes yours would be any different. Think about how you transact business next time...if there is one. Just trying to give ya some common sense advice. Take it or leave it.

I'm sure he's probably reading this now...try again and again until he gets back with you. Text Jeff immediately the pics of what you need to send him, as stated above. Talk/typing on a forum is one thing...assurance is a whole 'nuther ball of wax.

Yes sir I did send him the pictures I don't want to publicly post them because I don't know if that will interfere with everything or not but if he just gives me the okay so I can publicly post that would be fine but I believe he doesn't want his address going to the public

ive bought saws on ebay and i would get a tracking number but never shows accepted or sent out id wait a few days and see if anything changed sometimes it would sometimes it wouldnt .i would message the seller and see about a response after 10 days of the bs of it not being shipped id be working on a refund .if i am sending something out i only send priority so it gives the buyer a tracking number to show it was sent and i try to make sure after it shows delivered i message the buyer to make sure how they received the item right now i have 5 packages in the mail one even going to @Canadian farm boy .. so my advice if wanting to sell something have stuff ready to send and provide tracking number to the buyer and things will go easier

Surprise, finally got a tracking number today. Talked with @Seth olson this evening for quite a while, he was very apologetic and sure seems like a nice kid. I honestly don't think he had bad intentions at this point, but actions speak louder than words. Tracking shows a Friday delivery so I'll update this deal then.

Yes he did try to contact me a bunch of times Monday afternoon. This was after I had messaged him to see if it got shipped as promised (that morning) once again and subsequently by 2pm. when i heard nothing I was at the end of my rope at which time I messaged him to just keep it and refund my money. I then filed a dipute with paypal after 12 days of promises.


After all this is when he tried to contact me. I was pretty pissed off at that point and did not think it would've been a good time to take his call. If I would've heard the word tomorrow at that point it would've sent me off the rails. Something I try to avoid especially while I'm at work or in the company of family.

Well the package finally arrived today. It was all there, however the spare tank is toast it took a hit behind the fill cap and pulled the flywheel side of the tank away at the seam. Maybe salvageable?
Anyways the saw is complete, with a roached piston which was known. I pulled the cylinder(mahle)and cleaned the transfer and it turned out well. I was going to order a meteor to throw in but then I figured I'd just throw on the cross/mmws 066 kit that's sitting on the shelf. So that's what I did, got her running in a couple hours didn't have time to mod the muffler yet but seems to run prettty good now and holds a tune so....

will post a vid in the vid. thread, of the first cuts tuned fat with a crappy stihl safety chain in half frozen oak shortly.
