I've read tons of bad comments on Torch spark plugs. Best I can determine that a NGK BPR6HS replaces a E6RTC Torch??

I’d guess and look up the Honda genplug is then see if I could see what some seller on eBay was saying your torch plug was a replacement for.
I searched for gx160 plug and this came up

But I guess if you look at the pic you can see what plug does what, ie hotter /cooler or with a resistor etc.
