I may need to look for some less used ramps. Where I normally put in the other boaters can't get it through their heads to let their trailer drain and pull up slowly. If they would do this it wouldn't turn the ramp into a skating rink. One of the reasons I launch in the dark or early light most days this time of year. Might need to stock up on some kitty litter.

Cold weather has turned the water super clear. Fish are super spooky. Finally decided to do some trolling and picked up some with baits running 30' deep in about 40' of water.

For those who use bobby garland baits, Amazon will drop the price on certain colors so you have to watch. Usually they will drop to $2.94 but they have several at $2.18 right now including threadfin shad. You have to look though all they list to find the sale ones.
