I know snow will follow but for me I was hoping for no rain so I could get a few more miles on my sleds. More rain to follow this week so my guess is I will be loading the sleds back in the trailer till the next winter we get good snow.

Old folk around here used to tell stories how they had to dig tunnels to the main roads so that their children could get to school.

Hard to believe with all of February looking like this.


20+℃ during the day, almost no precipitation, the fields are bone dry and the green is starting to come in.

This winter we had one real snow fall.
It snowed for about 4 days continuously and it topped out at some 20", it stayed under the freezing point for a week and then melted within the next.

Winter over?!
