Ok. That's the old style. The newer Mac Matco and cornwell ones are just like red97s OTC set. I have that kit and haven't had a problem. I wonder what's Dif.

Take plug out, insert comp tester. Tie throttle open (for less pulls). Then Pull cord till ya blue in the face.

Reccomed being done with an empty tank, as some saws will flood out..

This is the process I was using .... after all the Schrader valves were going bad ....i was like wtf!! Am I doing or missing a step in the process .... lol

Too light a spring and too long of hose is gonna be my guess
Keith I can say the spring ....
But the length of hose ... wouldn't the longer hose be a lower reading. ...
If someone knows more please enlighten me.....
