This is the process I was using .... after all the Schrader valves were going bad ....i was like wtf!! Am I doing or missing a step in the process .... lolTake plug out, insert comp tester. Tie throttle open (for less pulls). Then Pull cord till ya blue in the face.
Reccomed being done with an empty tank, as some saws will flood out..

Hose length doesn't change how much it compresses. Just takes longer to compress more volume.Keith I can say the spring ....
But the length of hose ... wouldn't the longer hose be a lower reading. ...

Nebber tried it sir ,but am sure it is good ,because it is blue .
