I think we'd kill two birds with one stone if we kicked Chicago out of the state!

It is a real conundrum. As much as I despise most all aspects of Chicago and the surrounding "burbs" it does serve a purpose.

I could care less where they go. Everything from Chesterton, In. to Port Washington, Wi. looks like the same $#@! hole to me.

Other than home games at my alma mater 10 minutes down the road (Eastern Kentucky University) I would much rather watch sports on TV.

I know one thing, 26 years ago there were no damn gas stations between the outskirts of Louisville and the outskirts of Lexington.

I see the situation as simple. If a sports team wants a new stadium then they should buy the land and pay to build the stadium. When a family wants a new home they buy the land and build or pay someone to build the home so why in the hell are sports teams different?
