Just how does someone who hacks an account get paid, seems they would also have had to compromised the person's email account too. Seems like a lot more work to be dishonest than honest. Should be pretty easy to catch these bastiges!

Maybe verify the users email address that they signed up here with before sending money. I hate a thief!

On my account, they had changed my email address to theirs. My password is fairly strong and I usually change MOST my passwords on a monthly basis. I hadn’t been on here in a while and hadn’t changed it recently. I feel it was from the server possibly, especially with two accounts being changed and who knows how many more that haven’t realized it.

Try logging in with the password you tried to change it to.

I use a VPN, and don't run windows.

Same for me. Wouldn’t let me at first. Clicked on ope again and had to log in with the new password.

I couldn’t change password, said existing wrong.

Then logged out and couldn’t log back in.

Had to use reset password link.

Guess I got hacked too.

An admin account might have been hacked, giving bad people access to the password database?

In that case it won't matter if members change their passwords. The bad people will be able to get in and alter them again.

Facebook, instagram, eBay, chainsaw forums, etc., etc.

It's easy to copy pictures from wherever you find them on the internet.

Last few days I’ve been getting login verification requests, always three in a row and all while I’m still logged in on my phone. Just an fyi to admins and smart computer folks, not sure if that’s phishing or what not. If my account starts posting saws for sale, it ain’t me!
